Ordering Tickets

Tickets may be ordered in advance at the TKK Ticket Office Bonn (Windeckstraße 1) and Bad Godesberg (Schauspielhaus), at the box office or all the well-known ticket-agencies. Online selling is also possible at the moment. The processing of written orders starts on the first day of advance ticket sales period after the opening of the office. Your pre-ordered tickets must be paid for and picked up within five days of confirmation by the TKK Ticket Office. The ticket agencies charge an advance booking fee as well as various applicable service fees. On request, we can also send you your tickets by mail for a postage and processing fee of €5.00. Our print@home offer allows you to order your tickets conveniently from your home at beethoven-orchester.de and print them out immediately. You may also order your tickets by phone at +49 228 778008 (TKK Ticket Office – Theater- und Konzertkasse der Bundesstadt Bonn) or +49 228 502010 (Bonnticket) or online via beethoven-orchester.de or bonnticket.de.

Box Office

The box office opens an hour before the performance for symphony concerts and half an hour before performance for all other concerts.

Concert Introductions

There will be a 45-minute concert introduction before the Freitagskonzerte and Montagskonzerte. Please sit on your reserved seats for the concert introduction and, if possible, remain seated between the concert introduction and the concert.
