Box Office

The box office opens an hour before the performance for symphony concerts and half an hour before performance for all other concerts.

Concession

Children above the age of two and youths under the age of 18, students and apprentices under the age of 27, volunteers in their voluntary social year, conscripts, federal volunteers, severely disabled within the sense of the Severe Disabilities Act (Schwerbehindertengesetz – SchwbG) and holders of the Bonn Card (Bonn-Ausweis) are entitled to a 50% discount on the ticket price upon presentation of the corresponding

documentation. Children under the age of two and those accompanying severely handicapped persons, whose ID is marked with a „B“, may be admitted free of charge (not valid for Sitzkissen-, Kinderkonzerte und Familienkonzerte).

Neubürger-Gutschein

Those with a “Newcomer” voucher („Neubürger-Gutschein“) may choose a free concert ticket of their choice. Please redeem your voucher in person at the TKK Ticket Office or box office. Tickets cannot be ordered in advance with the voucher.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available at the TKK Ticket Office or online →here for a minimum value of €10.00. The lucky recipient can redeem the certificate for a ticket to a concert of his/her choice.

Family Card

Holders of the Family Card (FamilienCard) may be accompanied to concerts by up to two children/youths under the age of 18 free of charge. The Family Card is available at the TKK Ticket Office free of charge. You may get up to two free tickets for your children for the price of a concert ticket (only full-paying adults). This offer does not apply for Kinderkonzerte und Familienkonzerte.

Concert Tickets as Public Transport Tickets

On the day of the concert, your concert ticket is valid as a public transport ticket (four hours before the start of the concert and until closing time) on services operated by Stadtwerke Bonn (SWB) and Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg (VRS).

Wheelchair user

Tickets for wheelchair user are only available at the TKK Ticket Offices of Bonn City or Bad Godesberg (no online sale possible).
